Love Mail

Today a wonderful package came in the mail from my swap partner, Allison... It was full of amazing treats
Thank you Allison for a wonderful pick me up
my wonderful package had the following items in it:
my awesome box was stuffed with goodness:
a handmand scarf, I can’t wait to wear and its a perfect colour too
riesen chocolates--- more then half the bag is gone already
a magic monkey towel for the kids bath, will be used tonight
nail polish, I need a pick me up I will paint my nails this weekend
halloween bandaids all my kids will want a boo boo now
mini scissors… they are perfect and will be used alot
a santa puzzle that will be perfect for my daughter on our plane ride…
mango body lotion.. the box smelled sooo great when I opened it.. I can’t wait to smell that good
plastic locking stitch markers and a little case to carry them in… they mean the world to me…
soak, a fine fibers wash.. I have never seen or used this.. i’m looking forward to trying it
a project bag which is the perfect size for the car and making wash clothes on the road
starburst candy…Marley already said they were hers and ate 3
knitpicks palette in forest green…love it
knitpicks palette in edamame….so soft
knitpicks wool of andes in chocolate…I really wanted to try this one
a movie..two weeks noticed.. I have watched this and loved it.. hubby and I already said we would watch it sat night..(we need a laugh)
handmade hair clips for marley… she loves purple and she wanted to wear them right away
3 halloween pencils
icelandic cowl pattern.. Thank you I need to work on a project just for me.. ( i will start this soon)
applesauce spice cupcakes, I love cupcakes and these are healthy too for the kids….wonderful
fall stickers… a great craft item for the kids
and vintage halloween greeting cards.. I know just who i want to give these too

Mugsy Mystery Afghan

On the Vanna's fan club there is a Mystery Afghan CAL happening.. Each we a new clue is e-mailed to you.. Its a pattern. A piece of the afghan.. I've just finsihed Clue #1 and Clue #2.. I'm Blocking this section of the afghan today in order to get out the waves and prepare for Clue #3 on sunday.. Here is the progress so far.
my colour choices are cheery cherry, pea green, eggplant, shapphire, fern and kelly green.  I'm planning on finishing this before christmas and giving it to my sister. :-)

Knitpicks Swish Worsted Yarn in eggplant. to make the circular shrug  but I don't know how many skeins I need until I get the pattern.
any of knit picks comfy worsted yarn any colour for socks...
I'd really like 5 skeins of Firecracker Heather , wool of andes, knitpicks to make my daughter a sweater
and 5 skeins of Dune Twist, same yarn to make son a sweater.
I do like vannas choice and vanna baby yarns and would love any colours of skeins  

any yarn that is super soft.. for sweaters, socks, slippers etc...

Books: (used is just fine for any books) I have crochet today delivered to my house each month.. I love all crochet magazines.. I'd like to read some back issues from 2 years ago or longer if you have any.. (used is great)..

A pair of mitts that have the finger gloves inside so you open the flap and can use your fingers without taking off the whole glove..
scarfs..
anything to keep me warm this winter... anything knitted to is a real treat because I can't make them myself yet

Non craft stuff: I like dragonflies, stain glass window charms, little garden decore.
I enjoy cooking and baking, Jamie oliver is my fav. chef.. I would love to read one of the issues to his magazine... I like pampered chef spices and tools.  I love pretty muffin paper cups
I kind of collect bags.. I love pretty reuseable bags.
I don't really wear make up or anything.. but i love fruit scents, I enjoy bubble baths.. I really like the body shop and similar stores... I like fruit lip glosses

Food: I really like dark chocolate M&;M's. sour keys... I love gummy worms, peach fuzzes, mentos, gum anything really with sugar.. mint areo bars...
kettle corn pop corn, homemade salsa... I only drink diet coke or pepsi for pops. Crystal light water packets. I love flavored coffee .. we have a Keurig coffee maker that uses K-Cups
I like bushes baked beans, yellow spanish rice, and those campbells dinner in a box kits.. the lemon chicken is amazing and we can't get them in canada.. also the jello cheesecakes with cherry topping.. we can't get those too.

For the kids my daughter loves to get candy in the mail.. it just taste better.. smarties, suckers, skittles she loves sugar... what 2.5 year old doesn't???
They both love crafts, colouring, glue, stickers, sparkles..
Marley loves thomas the train.... anything to do with him would make her day
Keegan loves trucks,sand toys, blocks.. he is your regular baby.:-)

I can't think of anything else at the momment.. Will update when I think of things.. Please check back.. Ohh also If I recieve something from another swap partner.. I will take it off this list.. (eg.. Patterns...)



Just a update

I Don't have a picture but I wanted to update that I have made it to section 4 of the Cathedral Rose Window.. The end is getting closer and so is my deadline...

I've been taking part in many swaps on ravelry. Its been alot of fun so far... I've started my first pair of socks.. with some AMAZING yarn from knit picks called comfy worsted.. I am going to have to get more of this for sure... I'll update a sock photo too.. I've only done the cuff so far.. No time... I'm also working on a Wish List for my stalkers to read.. Hopefully will get that done this evening and posted here...
